Questions
Do you resell tokens or add a markup?
No. You connect your own provider accounts and pay them directly at their prices. InstaRoute only bills the subscription and the success fee.
How is the 3% success fee worked out?
Every request's receipt records its cost and the cost of the premium baseline model. The fee is 3% of the net savings measured in the previous 30-day period — no savings, no fee. You can set your own baseline model.
What does the trial include?
Everything, for 7 days from registration, with no card. After the trial the API pauses until the first bill is paid.
Which payment methods and invoices?
India: PayU (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) with a GST tax invoice carrying your GSTIN. Outside India: Stripe card payments with an export invoice (zero-rated under LUT).
Are there limits?
Requests are unlimited on Premium, with a rate limit of 20 requests per second per key (burst 40). Up to 25 team members and 180 days of logs.
Do you offer Enterprise?
Yes — a private deployment in your VPC or data centre with a written SLA and annual invoicing. Pricing on request.
